Group runs/walks every Tuesday Evening 7.00pm & Sunday morning 10.00am
Meet points will vary depending on distance and weather.
All experience levels are welcome

The programs will run for 6 weeks and will include
2 sessions of running or walking per week - gradually building up towards 5km or a 10km
Because running/walking on hard surfaces like roads & sidewalks can be pretty tough on our bodies and our joints especially your knees and ankles.
Recovery is also crucial
Joining our program will give you access to
Our recovery room - equipped with compression boots, massage guns & foam rollers.
Use of our Sauna & steam room
Pass to join Alex's stretch & tone class
Access to our treadmills if you missed our road session
